Flags to Print Image License Agreement

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("LICENSEE") AND FLAGS TO PRINT ("LICENSOR").

THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO IMAGES DOWNLOADED FROM THE FLAGS TO PRINT WEB SITE AND AFFILIATED WEB SITES AS WELL AS IMAGES RECEIVED FROM FLAGS TO PRINT FOR WHICH A LICENSE HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED.

Grant of License Flags to Print grants to you, a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-assignable right to use all of our image for personal, educational and commercial use.

• Usage of images must conform to this license, and pages displaying such images must give credit to Flags to Print. Additionally, all web pages displaying Digital Media must provide a hyperlink to Flags to Print. Text giving credit to Flags to Print must be easily readable and appear on every page or screen where a flag graphic or animation is used.

• Web pages displaying Digital Media must give credit and a link to www.flags-to-print.com by using either the Flags to Print clickable button, or the following hyperlinked text: "Images by Flags-to-Print.com "

• All other pages displaying Digital Media, other than web pages such as print media or presentations, must give credit using the Flags to Print button or the following text: "Images by Flags-to-Print.com"
