Rebel flag screensaver

Rebel flag screensaver: A way to show patriotism



Unlike me my brother was never a great a lover of history. He always loved some hip-hop kind of life and all that he loved was to enjoy his life.

I and my family were however very surprised one day to find Rebel flag tattoos all over his body. The second surprise that I found was that his computer has a Rebel flag screensaver. This was really surprising. When asked about the screensaver, he said that till date he was not really bothered about the history of the nation.

He said that one evening when he was walking down the street to get back home, he saw that an old man who looked to be hungry and feeble was sitting on the corner of the road and had a Rebel flag wrapped around him.

He asked the reason and the old man replied that though he did not have food or a shelter, he was more than happy to have that piece of cloth covering his body which was a symbol of pride and glory.

All that he wanted was that people must pay respect to those who sacrificed their lives and gave up everything to give us a prosperous today and that food and shelter were secondary to him.

This moved my brother and he returned home to study about the Rebel flag. He came across several websites which offered free Rebel flag wallpapers and Rebel flag screensaver. He downloaded a number of them and shared them with his friends.

He also told that he explained a lot about the Rebel flag to his friends and encouraged them to actually use the Rebel flag screensavers on their computers as a small token of respect for those who sacrificed!
